Over 200 students participated in Elephant in the Room, last night, November 18. Organized by the Mount Allison student organization Change Your Mind, the event featured a panel of students sharing personal stories on the topics of mental health, stigma, abuse, and recovery. Starting in 2012, Change Your Mind is one of several university based groups tackling the issue of student mental health through informal gatherings, group discussions, online campaigns, and panels like The Elephant In the Room.

We hear from event organizer Sophie Anne Doyle, as well as the speeches from panel participants Caroline Dudas and Liz Kent.
